Research On The Cultivation And Evaluation Of Core Competence Of Corporation Based On Human Capital

With the growing global competition, the sustainable competitive advantage is an inexhaustible motive force for enterprises, and core competence of corporation theory become the current hot topic in the academia and business community.Human capital plays more and more important role in the enterprise development. Therefore, enterprise core competence research from Human capital has much theoretical and realistic significance.Based on intellectual capital as the pass variable,the main line is mechanistic research cultivating core competence of corporation from human capital,and using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, core competence of corporation has been made quantitative evaluation.First of all, combing with the present situation of study in the domestic and foreign research,basic theories that used in the article are listed, including the theory of core competence of corporation and human capital theory.Secondly, applying the intellectual capital as the pass variable,the paper discusses the relationship between core competence and human capital.Based on knowledge management to explore the cultivation process of core competence from human capital. Next,According to the constructing principles for core competence's ability index system,based on enterprise core competence capitalization form- intellectual capital,the text establishes the proper enterprises'core competitiveness evaluation index system from four perspectives of human capital,intellectual property capital,basic structure of capital and market capital.Then,the paper constructs the core competence evaluation model, applying (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, combining the specific case- the evaluation of core competence level for W joint-stock company which belongs Hebei iron and steel group, the article shows how to improve core competence, which enables the enterprise to have competitive advantage in the market competition.
