This Business Plan consist of the development of a beauty platform in Spain.The beauty industry has a wide variety of products and services,making it difficult for customers to get information of all the options and choose the best ones for them.On the other hand,in-store sales takes a lot of time,and the customer cannot find all products in one place.Online stores have an unfriendly display.For this reason,this business idea arises to solve this problem and make the selection and purchasing easier for customers.This solution will include both products that will be sold personalized to each customer according to their needs and the possibility to book beauty services with information about the beauty center,other clients’ comments among others.To be able to develop this business,this project goes through seven chapters.In the first chapter,an analysis of the beauty industry,the tendencies of online sales and consumption are put forward,with this information it is possible understand the viability for this project and where the idea comes from.The second chapter focuses on reviewing the literature existing for this business field such as digitization,digital business,mobile commerce,and the models that are going to be taking into consideration to develop the strategy this are going to be the Porter′s Five Forces,PESTEL Analysis,SWOT and Business Model Canvas.In the third chapter there is an analysis of the industry and the competitors,the gap that covers this proposal and the characteristics this proposal has to differentiate from the competitors.In the fourth chapter,the company and team are explained with the required organization for this business to function and the contributions that are expected by each team.The fifth chapter covers the aspect to develop the marketing plan taking into consideration the products offered,the prices and promotions adequate to be competitive in the market,then the operating and financial plans are defined to manage the logistics with inventory and suppliers and the economic implications in all the scenarios to have a profitable company.As a conclusion,this is a business proposal that is viable and that is going to be profitable from the third year,it needs a strong focus on customer relationship and a good manage of technological resources to be able to develop the correct application with a fast delivery and attractive packaging.
