The rapid development and standard promotion of rural tourism also means to provide better management services for rural tourists.How to improve the management and service level of rural tourism practitioners through training for the sustainable development of rural tourism is an important problem to be solved in the process of rural tourism development.Wulingyuan is the location of Wulingyuan scenic spot,the world natural heritage in China.With the tourism development of Wulingyuan scenic spot,the rural tourism of Wulingyuan has also been developed to a certain extent.In this study,Wulingyuan District is selected as the research site,which is typical.Based on the understanding of domestic scholars’ research on rural tourism training and rural tourism in Zhangjiajie City and Wulingyuan District,through field survey,questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper analyzes the basic needs,process needs and satisfaction of rural tourism practitioners in Wulingyuan District for training,and analyzes the differences of training needs and satisfaction of individuals with different characteristics,as well as the relationship between training needs and training satisfaction,we get the following conclusions.(1)in terms of the basic needs of rural tourism training,the number of people who think "it is necessary" is the largest,indicating that rural tourism practitioners want to receive relevant training.In terms of annual training frequency,twice a year and once a year account for the highest proportion.In terms of training location,the choice of "local plus field" is the most,and the demand for a training cost is low.(2)in terms of the basic needs of rural tourism training and the basic situation of training personnel,except for ethnic groups,most of the variables in the basic situation of the sample are not related to the basic needs of training.That is to say,there is a significant difference between the internal values of the basic situation of the sample and the basic needs of training.(3)the demand for content,teachers,methods,institutions and materials of rural tourism training is high,among which the demand for training content and training teachers is the highest,while the demand for training institutions is low,showing the trend of content>teachers>methods>materials>institutions as a whole,and the basic characteristics of demography with the respondents,engaging in rural tourism business and participating in rural tourism training are large.Most of them have no significant difference.(4)the overall satisfaction degree of rural tourism training and the satisfaction degree of each sub item are higher,while the highest average value of sub items is charge,followed by teachers,and the lowest is teaching materials.There are some differences in basic demographic characteristics,rural tourism business and training.In view of the above research results,the corresponding suggestions are put forward as follows:strengthen the training of rural tourism personnel,pay attention to the training content and the selection of training teachers,update the training materials with the times,and improve the training services.
