In today's society,the rapid development of national economy,economic globalization degree deepening,market information level enhances unceasingly,in the face of fierce market competition and diverse needs of customers,the traditional division of labor management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the current market environment.In order to expand market share,increase profits,the manufacturing companies to process reengineering on the management agenda.This article is to X company as the research object,focus on analysis of its production process reengineering,and actual case analysis shows the significance of process reengineering for the enterprise.X company is a valve manufacturing enterprises,the company responsible for new product research and development,production schedule,customer service,product sales;Factory is mainly according to production plan arrange production and product quality control.After years of development,enterprise scale is growing,the problems in the enterprise production also slowly,mainly exist:slow new products listed,the communication between government departments,the lack of overall coordination.This article through the analysis of X company's existing production processes and comb,it is concluded that the advantage of the existing X company has a large customer base,strong technical skills,guaranteed the product quality,etc.,disadvantage is the relatively backward marketing system,less product selection,low production efficiency,etc.,the opportunity to have the market demand is increasing,and gradually formed the enterprise brand,threatened with the foreign trade policy constraints,buyers bargaining power increase,the quantity of potential competitors,etc.Using SWOT matrix obtained development strategies,in combination with the practical situation of X company,from the stable to developmental strategy.Then according to the strategic choice to choice of process reengineering of information technology,build in ERP system,PDM system,SCM system based on the enterprise information platform,to form a new production process,in order to solve the problems existing in the enterprise production.Finally from the adjustment of organizational structure,according to the process optimization procedures and post,optimizing the three aspects of performance management system process reengineering of X company guarantee measures are put forward.
