As the rapid development of modern information technology, enterprise management, as an important and basic economic activity of human being, faces great changes. Consequently, it is necessary to reexamine and redesign the process of an enterprise. At the same time, operating environment of enterprises is becoming more and more changeable, and competition among enterprises is also becoming more and more fiercely. Many different kinds of integration appear one after another during the process of information development, and integration will become one of the important directions of information evolution.Value chain is the general term for a series of organization activities that are headed for the benefits of customers, share holders, as well as the staff of an enterprise, or we can say value-added activities. These include the production, design and sale of the product, as well as a series of different but also inter-related activities that play a secondary role in the process (like the after-sales service) . Analyzing methods based on value have provided ways for finding of the critical link for value increment Once the critical link for value increment has settled, the detailed application of it has been left to the business process. Under the guidance of strategic aim, and by analyzing the value chain, the business processes get optimized and the value gets maximized. However, the reengineering of business process means the instant change of many elements of an enterprise, and the redesign of its business process. There is great risk in the optimization of value chain by reengineering business process. Because of this, under the precondition of business process reengineering theory, we will, by using the theory of integration management for information material, try our best to find new thinking and new ways to improve the success probability for reengineering business process, and that is ways of information process reengineering.Using of information process reengineering theory has become a new perspective for the research of BPR. Each individual enterprise internally includes an information process. Because of the input and output of information, these information processes are related to each other. Depending on such interrelated effects, information processes are integrated through one and another junction points. With the help of modern information technology, many information subsystems will come out to reflect the related service process. By reengineering information process, firstly, redundant and unnecessary information will be reduced, and information process can work smoothly. Based on successful reengineering of information process, business process will be reorganized. This paper take a example to illustrates how to reorganize information process, and also how to use the reorganized information process to guide the reengineering of service process. The reengineering of information process requires information technology. However, with the gradual development of information technology, many fragmenting and unrelated modules are used, and information for management is divided among isolating computer system under the Internet environment. In such condition, how to realize the integration of system modules becomes the most urgent problem that we have to solve. This paper generalizes the related technology on information integration, and gives a brief introduction on the construction of platform for information integration which is the core link of information integration. Lastly, it gives examples of Haier Group's service process reengineering and information integration in information process, for the reference of other enterprises.
