"The safety of food is always first," food problem has a bearing on the nation's economy and the people's livelihood.It not only has a vital bearing on the vital interests of the majority of farmers,the health of consumers,but also the country's political and economic stability.All governments place prime emphasis on “3 farming”,which is Agriculture,farmers and rural areas.Local governments at all levels have also put great efforts to develop grain industrialization and modern management,but the development of grain management in China is still in a weak stage,the quality of agricultural products is not uniform,brand promiscuity,which leads to that the consumers are not able to buy the products and virtually increase the purchase of the "choice of cost." Therefore,the domestic food enterprises in urgent need of transformation,"to provide consumers with safe,nutritious,delicious,convenient health food and innovative services" for the purpose of the enterprise Inner Mongolia Zhenglong Cereals and Foodstuffs Co.,Ltd.in such a market environment came into being.This paper analyzes strategic management of Inner Mongolia Zhenglong Cereals and Foodstuffs Co.,Ltd.,which takes grain and agricultural products as main products.It is hoped that it can be used for reference to other enterprises in grain industry.Based on the relevant strategic management theory,this paper uses the typical strategic management analysis tools of PEST,Porter's "Five Forces Model" to analyze the external macro environment and the competitive environment of the industry,it draws the conclusion that China's macro-political ?economic environment and grain industry development environment are favorable to Zhenglong Grain Company and it also draws that the bargaining ability of buyers is the main factor that affects the development and profitability of Zhenglong Grain Company.By analyzing the internal resources and capacity of Zhenglong Grain Company,this paper uses SWOT strategy to analyze the enterprises' strategic,it draws that Zhenglong Grain Company's internal and external strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Based on the above analysis,Zhenglong Grain Company differentiated competitive strategy includes production differentiation,service differentiation and marketing differentiation strategy.Competitive strategy needs perfect strategy implementation guarantee to ensure strategic implementation,and finally it puts forward to optimize the organizational structure,improve the human resources system and enhance the marketing ability of strategic safeguards for Zhenglong cereal future strategic objectives to provide strong protection.Through the research of this article,we try to provide some suggestions for establishing a feasible competitive strategy for Zhenglong Cereals & Foodstuffs Co.,Ltd.in Inner Mongolia,aiming to grasp the position of the company accurately and clarify the future development direction of the company.At the same time,we hope to provide some useful references for other similar organizations in the same industry in the competitive strategy research.
