Inner Mongolia GL Company Information Strategy Research

The enterprise's development strategy is formulated in order to achieve the corporate vision and the expected goals.It is indispensable to the enterprise positioning,funds,human resources,management system,industry environment analysis,etc.However,the enterprise information construction is also very important.The 21 st century is the era of information economy and knowledge economy.With the arrival of information revolution,information technology deeply affects the production and life of people.The arrival of the big data age makes it easy to use a variety of means to get data,and the data is more diverse,real-time,authenticity.The arrival of digital can make the enterprise fast analysis data,so as to improve the correctness of decision.This paper puts forward the enterprise information strategy,which is to integrate enterprise informatization and enterprise strategy.Information strategy is the enterprise use modern information technology,enterprise production management,capital flow,customer relationship management,administrative management and other large number of data and internal and external market environment changes in the digital transformation.This enables enterprises to be more efficient and accurate in the development of strategies and implementation strategies.Drawing on some ideas about enterprise informatization and strategic research in other articles,this paper analyzes the steps and main contents that GL company should adopt?Based on the previous research on enterprise strategy and information,combined with the actual situation around,the company in inner Mongolia GL company as an in-depth study,through pest model of the company's industry position and self conditions,including the advantages and disadvantages,a comprehensive analysis.Using the dynamic comparison analysis method,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the company from the company's equipment foundation,technical level and enterprise influence,and obtains the company's strategy.Finally,through internal and external factors evaluation,get the enterprise score,indicating that the so strategy is the most suitable for enterprise development strategy.In order to understand the core requirements of the GL company information strategy,the key success factor method(CSF)is adopted here.It can be found that the core problem is to break the bottleneck of enterprise development,improve product structure,improve market response capacity,and digital management and other needs,and finally come to the company information strategy.Hope can provide a certain reference for the capital,technology,human investment demanding the same industry enterprise.At last,this paper puts forward that the implementation of informatization strategy depends on the synchronization of funds,human resources,standardization,management system,risk control and enterprise culture.
