The System Design And Development Of ERP Of Inner Mongolia Brand Company Of China Mobile

In the 21st century, the Information Age, information has become a very significant and strategic resource for the development of our society and national economic construction. Traditional and outmoded enterprises needs to be transformed by information technology and traditional methods of running enterprises should be replaced with modern information methods in administration, which has become the trend of the times and the desire of the people. Therefore, after joining the WTO, informationization must be the only way for enterprises of our country to improve their core competitiveness and a passport for them to participate in global competition as well.This article, through the introduction to the design and development process of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) of the Inner Mongolia Brand Company (NMMC)of China Mobile(CMCC), studies how telecommunication enterprises should make use of advanced information technology to solidify existing yet unclear technological process and how can they exploit efficient information methods on administration of enterprises to improve administrative efficiency and executive level of enterprises and to strengthen their core competitiveness.This article consists of four sections: Section 1 is The Construction Background of ERP of NMMC, which mainly introduces some basic information of CMCC and its NMMC, and the construction background of ERP of NMMC. Section 2 is The General Introduction to the construction of ERP of CMCC, which elaborates on objectives, principles, the basic frame of the construction of ERP of CMCC. Section 3 is The Overall Plan of the construction of ERP of NMMC, which introduces objectives, principles, contents, integral frame of the construction of ERP of NMMC and the organization and administration of this system construction. Section 4 is The System Design of ERP of NMMC, which, through the comprehensive introduction to ERP of NMMC, lets readers understand the process of development and design of the entire ERP.
