During the design, with the consideration of the practical requirement of Inner Mongolia MCC. the key procedure of telecom engineering is taken as outline. By focusing on the progress, quality, cost, security and legal risk of telecom engineering, an end-to-end deep analysis of telecom engineering management information system is done.The objective is to make the key step of engineering project controllable and manageable in a visual interface. The conclusion in this paper can be a guideline of the construction of the telecom engineering management system of Inner Mongolia MCC. also a good reference for other telecom enterprise.
