Strategic Logic Test System Construct And Test Method Research

What strategic faced is unknown,the future is uncertain,the present phenomenon is changing every day,but strategic logic wouldn't change it.By analyzing the economic and social environment,its resources and capabilities,enterprise build the development strategy,but it did not explain how to finish the strategy.In many enterprise strategic systems,the relationship between the index system and enterprise strategy is not clear,even chaotic,clear logic is important to the development of enterprises.Ken Kusunoki(2012)argued when we established strategic logic,we didn't need to limit unified time,planning and specific measures,not split departments,just need to understand causal chain of each department and the key factors(factors),coordinate formulate concrete measures,and constantly adjust measures to local conditions,since the improvement measures,do the middle or a business plan.Based on the existing literature,this study take various factors into account,first of all,by the causal logic diagram visual strategy,analysis enterprise's strategic logic,and rigorous empirical analysis to clear their internal relations,then test its strategic logic.According to the positioning strategy and operating strategy,we take the logical relationship among enterprise long-term goals,positioning strategy and operational strategy as the research object,and by testing continuity,centricity,and the content of the complexity of system build a strategic logic test system,and then combining qualitative research and quantitative research test this system and method.Through case study,we choose Starbucks and Inspur as the research object,coded the content of company materials,file and the data of listed companies,and verified the above proposition.By case study,this study tested the strategic logic test system and test method established above,at the same time,more case studies increased the diversity,verified the test system and test method of this study,mutual support between cases.Main innovation points are as follows: first,we have built system of logical relationship,previous studies are mostly one or certain part,good comprehensive target and the logical relationship between related measures were studied.Secondly,based on the visualization,we built the enterprise strategy visualization.Based on the previous study method,in the process of enterprise strategy visualization,we increased the causal map analysis table,through the form of chart clearly described the causality.Finally,we tested the strategic logic system.
