The Research On The Evaluation Index System Of The Tourism’s Public Service Under The Whole Area Tourism

Tourism public service system is the material basis of tourism development,is the development of tourism bottleneck breakthrough,satisfy tourists travel demand,ensure the sustainable development of the tourism basic elements.In recent years our country attaches great importance to the construction of tourism public service system,put forward to information consulting service system of tourism,tourist safety service security system,convenient traffic service system of tourism,travel convenient service system,tourism administrative service system five aspects of requirements.In the process of building the global tourism,tourism public service is the network support for global organic connection and the resources effective integration,while global tourism also for tourism public service system construction put forward new requirements,under the background of global tourism,tourism public service system needs to satisfy the basic requirements for tourists in a travel,ensure global coverage information is available,traffic convenient in global tourism can reach,Supporting facilities available for all domain,global security safety,the whole domain administrative linkage can depend on."Shared between subject and object “as guide,oriented to do deep visitors experience as the key point,to establish a homogeneous,various types of urban and rural,put into intensive,interpersonal fair tourism infrastructure and service system.This article through the literature review,on-the-spot investigation and combined with global travel policy as well as scholars point of view,set up the expert questionnaire under global tourism public service system of evaluation index factor,to determine the whole domain of tourism public service system for the evaluation of information consulting service system of tourism,tourist safety service security system,convenient traffic service system of tourism,travel convenient service system,tourist administrative service system from five aspects of 32 evaluation indexs by the Delphi method.On the basis of the evaluation index system,in the domain of tourism demonstration area Kangbashi new area as the research object for empirical analysis,set survey questionnaire about tourism public service system of Kangbashi new area based on tourist perceived value,after data processing,using SPSS22.0 software four common factor was determined by the factor ana lysis method,based on analysis of characteristics of global tourism,summarizes the sharing,security,all the panoramic experience and whole domain covering the four aspects of 32 in dexes constitute the whole domain of tourism public service system evaluation index syste m.Then,on the basis of the evaluation index system,in the domain of tourism demonstratio n area,Kangbashi new area as the research object of empirical analysis,based on tourist per ceived value set about Kangbashi new area of tourism public service system evaluation que stionnaire,after data processing,using SPSS22.0 software reliability and validity analysis ofthe questionnaire,and then to the tourists in the questionnaire for Kangbashi new area of to urism public service system of the importance of relevant indicators and the actual percepti on sample paired T test and IPA analysis.,IPA analysis results show that the tourists to Kangbashi new area on the evaluation of the public service system,network information sharing service,foreign transportation is convenient,safe and inform forecast,medical treatment,safety emergency plan,the scenic area and the surrounding catering food safety,star-rated toilet construction of tourism,tourist service quality regulation,visitors complaints and Suggestions to deal with demand level is very high,but the visitors did not achieve the desired in the process of actual travel experience,which need to special strengthen to improve,suggested intensify efforts to improve in the future.Based on the results of the IPA analysis,put forward the related strategy to Kangbashi new area of tourism public service system : to build network information sharing service platform,integrated global traffic system,consummating the system of tourism safety,improve the public service facilities of the soft environment,strengthen the supervision for tourism service quality.
