In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the national economy,the online travel market has flourished,and a large number of online travel companies have emerged.Faced with the increasingly competitive market environment,more and more online travel companies are beginning to realize that they want to increase their market share,not only to compete for the downstream buyers in the supply chain,but also need to strengthen the management of upstream suppliers,in order to improve the competitiveness of the entire supply chain.Different from traditional manufacturing enterprises,under the e-commerce environment,suppliers are required to respond more quickly and have a higher degree of informatization.There are a large number of tourism service suppliers in online tourism enterprises,and these suppliers are scattered in different locations and difficult to conduct on-site inspections,their scales vary and their product quality standards are different.However,for a long time,online travel companies have chosen suppliers based on a small number of static indicators such as price and quality,which makes them encounter many problems in supplier selection.In this situation,it is particularly important to be able to evaluate and select suppliers scientifically and reasonably.This paper takes T travel network as the research object,analyzes the current situation and problems of travel network 's tourism service supplier selection,deeply studies the construction of evaluation index system and selection methods of supplier,and applies the research results to the selection of T travel network's tourism service suppliers.Firstly,it sorts out and summarizes the domestic and foreign literatures related to supplier evaluation index system,supplier selection method and tourism supply chain management,and constructs the theoretical basis of this paper.On this basis,the expert interview method was used to collect opinions from various parties,and the supplier evaluation index system of T tourism network is optimized from five aspects including quality of service,information level,service price,service flexibility and cooperation ability,and each of the secondary indicators were quantified.Then,the analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the model,combine qualitative and quantitative indicators,and calculate the weight of each indicator.Finally,through the actual case,the candidate suppliers for the same destination are scored,and the optimal supplier is selected according to the final score result,and the selection result is analyzed.In addition,a series of improvement measures are put forward for the problems existing in the supplier management of T travel network.This study provides scientific support for the objective selection of suppliers for T travel network,and changes the phenomenon of subjective assumption of the weight of indicators.It also has certain reference for the supplier selection of the similar type of tourism enterprises.
