Research On The Banking Industry To Support The Transformation And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Inner Mongolia

In recent years,Inner Mongolia’s industrial structure has nationalized,the industry sector types are enriched,scale is expanded.Although the industrial system has already initially formed and the overall size of the banking sector has also made considerable progress.There are still some problems in the transformationd and upgrading of the industrial structure and the development of the banking industry in Inner Mongolia.How to make the development of the banking industry to support the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Inner Mongolia,and then promote the economic prosperity of Inner Mongolia,has become an important issue.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant theories of financial development and industrial structure,and introduces the mechanism of the two.Secondly,select the indexes in 1978-2015 Bank of Inner Mongolia industry development and industrial structure adjustment,respectively,are analyzed and described,(1)banking deposit and loan balance changes,the number of banking institutions and employees;(2)gross domestic product(GDP)and regional GDP distribution,three industrial output value and the proportion changes of industrial structure,industrialization,industrial structure and employment structure;(3)in the current situation of research on the transformation and upgrading of the banking sector to support the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia,through the graph the form of intuitive trend indicators and characteristics introduce the per capita loan,deposit per capita and per capita GDP changes,financial related rate and loan ratio.Again,through empirical analysis,select the financial correlation rate(FIR),loan to deposit ratio(FER)and the industrial structure optimization rate(ISR)to verify the relationship between the development of the banking industry and the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia,the relationship between the two.Using Eviews7.2 analysis tools,through the unit root test and cointegration test,long-term cointegration relationship between validation of the two,and using VAR model,impulse response and variance decomposition are used to analyze the short-term effects.After a long and short-term analysis shows that the scale of the banking industry has a positive effect on the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia,but the effect is not obvious,and the operational efficiency has a restricted effect on the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia.Finally,put forward suggestions on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results:(1)the implementation of differentiated credit policy and supply side structural reforms;(2)the reasonable layout of bank branches,optimize the real economy coordinated development;(3)improve the degree of openness,to build Inner Mongolia into a regional financial center in Mongolia and russia.
