| The oceanic economy development potential is tremendous in Fujian, with the abundant marine resources along the coastal zone, such as geographical advantage, location advantages and climatic superiority and policy advantage, etc. In order to promote sustainable economic development of Fujian, the vigorous development of the marine economy also shows great significance.In the first empirical research of this paper, Fujian oceanic economic development present situation and operation condition were analyzed. Using the Statistical data of GOP and GDP of Fujian province (different statistical scope), the comparative study will be given. With shrinking statistical scope, the result shows that the relationship between GOP and FGDP exist context. Studies suggest that the two variables get a Co-integration relationship. After the inspection, we can see that the drivable ability of Fujian Oceanic Economy from coast to inland is not enough, and oceanic industrial development on relevant industry and other industries development impetus ability is not enough. So, in order to improve Fujian Marine economic radiation dynamics, the vigorous development of the secondary and tertiary industries appear important.The second part of this research, Study found that, by using the grey relation method, Fujian oceanic economy industry is going under the model of three two one. In order to make the Marine industry structure more diversified, the investment of science and technology is important. From the Impulse response model of the national ocean investment in science and technology, we found that the secondary industry and the tertiary industry have a great dependence on the investment of science and technology. Therefore, in order to make the oceanic industry structure more optimizing, the impetus function of the oceanic economy more powerful, the ocean investment in science and technology should be strengthen. |
