Research On Lean Production Under Lot Mode

Lean production theory originated in the automotive industry?Currently,a lot of factory or businesses use lean production theory to improve its management,for essence of their own costs and improve production efficiency.Small multi-batch production mode suited to address current product diversity due to customer demand?In this paper,use the real case of automobile manufacturing stamping process,this case describes how to carry out the lean production activities under Lot mode,as the result of improve production efficiency.In the problem analysis stage using human,machine,material,method,carry out a comprehensive idea.Innovative use of a questionnaire form to understand the staff's subjective dynamic.The author use Deming cycle when design the solving plan for problems,use lean tools and methods scientifically to improve some of the problems of production management,enhancing production efficiency.
