An Analysis On Problems And Improvement Of Field Production System Of A Company Based On The Lean Production

As one of the most important for the manufacturing industry to eliminate waste and save the enterprise cost, Lean production plays an important role in Chinese steel enterprises in recent years for the really huge and wide loss.In order to solve the excess capacity, and low efficiency, we must try to minimize costs, and used lean production.Meanwhile, lean production is the best fit for most middle- and small-sized enterprises.In this paper, We went to a iron and steel enterprise, and do researchs on the whole production system, after the completion of the early literature research, field investigation, data collection and analysis process,The research topic is determined as:based on lean production of a iron and steel enterprise production system site improvement, and main research results are as follows:(1)Overview of a steel company existing production system for overall assessment, and uses the streamline production, production line balancing, program analysis, motion analysis, total quality management, site improvement theory to analyze the problems, identify can improve the link and puts forward specific improvement method.(2)To build a lean evaluation model of A production system to evaluate its production system, the model has the ability to promote, can directly analyze the production system of lean.(3)According to the existing production site of A in iron and steel enterprise, and puts forward feasible suggestions to improve the management effect.This paper, committing to observation and investigation of steel industry and combining the bases of lean production of A Steel Corp(for example: early in the 2009, A Steel Corp had comprehensively promoted 5S management and Visual Management in all links of the company, and the top management and workers of this company already possessed the lean production awareness), then using mathematical model to analyze the research, considers that A Steel Corp has the qualification for improving lean production. So, this paper aims to put forward improvement scheme by using main methods and tools of lean production and combining with analysis of specific cases of A Steel Corp. We hope that A Steel Corp will obtain a more in-depth lean production on the basis of existing one, and that this research will provide a convincing reference for other domestic iron and steel enterprises to apply lean production.The research work of this paper is associated with production activity of iron and steel enterprise in practice. Its research methods and tools are feasible, and the research results have high practicability and promotional value. We hope that it can provide references for the domestic same type of firms, thus enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of our country's manufacturing industry.
