Private textile enterprises play an important role in the domestic textile industry system.Their healthy development is related to the development of the whole industry and the high-quality development of domestic economy and society.In recent years,the turnover rate of front-line employees in private textile enterprises has been high,which has become a major hidden danger for the rapid development of enterprises.In the current complex foreign trade environment,maintaining the stability of the front-line staff will help private textile enterprises to better cope with the risk challenges and achieve sustainable and healthy development.S district is an important textile and garment industry base in Shandong Lunan.In recent years,many private textile enterprises in S district have many problems in the process of development,such as many front-line employees leaving and unstable team,which seriously affect the development of textile industry.This paper takes the first-line employees of private textile enterprises in S district as the research object,combing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on turnover.This paper expounds the development of the enterprise,the characteristics of employees and the situation of resignation.Based on the grounded theoretical research method,this paper conducts in-depth interviews with some textile enterprises' general managers,human resource management directors,workshop directors and the resigned front-line employees,extracts the influencing factors of the turnover intention of the front-line employees in private textile enterprises in S district,defines the formation path and key variables of the turnover intention,puts forward relevant assumptions and constructs the turnover intention of the front-line employees in private textile enterprises in S district Conceptual model.Based on this,we carry out questionnaire survey,and use descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis,differentiation analysis,correlation analysis and pathanalysis to analyze the collected data.According to the research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for reducing the turnover of front-line employees in private textile enterprises in S district.
