Research On The Mechanism Of RPS Executed In China

This paper introduces the concept of RPS on the background of developingrenewable energy in current China when faces policy obstacles. It makes the best ofthe exemplification methods and statistical tools to analyze the feasibility of RPS incompetitive environment based on foreign experiences. The paper also researchesthe cost-benefit of RPS utilizing the cost-benefit methodology from the view ofgeneration corporations and society separately.
