Third-party laboratory is embracing the hard-won substantial opportunity at the background mandatory testing opened to the private third-party laboratory from government departments,nonetheless the foreign laboratorys be keeped out this marking.For third-party laboratory,establishing and perfecting the enterprise performance appraisal and pay allocation is very important to improve company performance and personal performance,in the meantime provide the human foundation for enterprise development.In ZJ enterprise imprecise aspect,this paper aimed at the enterprise performance appraisal and pay system research.Main work is list as follow:1.Diffrent job content and job requirement are analyzed base on the much literature review and practical investigation.Three types assessment index are designed and its evaluation criterion are builded base on the key performance indicator.2.Weighing of performance evaluation index is calculated for three typed operating post and performance appraisal system is builed by the method of analytic hierarchy process.3.Proportion of each work's importance is calculated and post grade and post salary for each post are designed through diffrent rank evaluate by method of 28 factors.Pay system for the company's is proposed based on equity theory through the researching of wage level,wage structure and wage component.4.Application research and contrastive analysis for enterprise performance appraisal and pay system is carried out.From the resluts of practical application and survey feedback its show that the performance appraisal and pay system builded in this paper can reflect the practical situation of staff performance.This system can incentive the employees' enthusiasm effective for its fairness and accuracy to reflect the employee performance.Furthermore,it provides a way to resolve the problems of performance appraisal and pay system in other third-party laboratory.
