Electric power industry is the national basic industries and monopoly industries,local grid relative to the state grid and southern grid,technical equipment and management of the gap is growing,especially on the incentive mechanism,measures is relatively single,and ignored the employee needs assessment and incentive effect,the staff's work enthusiasm is not high,lose momentum in the competition.Therefore,establishing and perfecting the accords with the practice of enterprise incentive mechanism is imperative.The state-owned enterprise employees' incentive mechanism,especially the electric power enterprise employees' incentive mechanism problem,has important theoretical value and practical significance.Based on this background,this article selects the Zhejiang A electric power company employees incentive as the research object,A reform of electric power under the background of power structure of knowledge-intensive characteristics of scientific research enterprise and its employees the most main after analyzing the characteristics of knowledge workers,from the Angle of the demand for electric power enterprise of scientific research the requirements and characteristics of employee incentive mechanism analysis,draw lessons from at home and abroad the latest achievements of incentive theory,analysis of Zhejiang A electric power company employees incentive mechanism has the problem,put forward the improvement scheme.Thesis is divided into five parts,first of all,this paper selected topic background and research significance,the thesis put forward the need to study the main problems and the research ideas and methods;Secondly,expounds the theoretical foundation of the thesis and related research achievements;Again,this paper discusses the characteristics of electric power enterprise human capital management of scientific research,puts forward the types of enterprise employees incentive mechanism design requirements;Then,the paper analyzes the Zhejiang A electric power company employees incentive mechanism of the status quo,analysis the existing problems and causes;Finally,in view of the characteristics of Zhejiang A electric power company employees building performance oriented mechanism of incentive and constraint,for Zhejiang A electric power company proposed reliable staff incentive mechanism improvement Suggestions.Based on the real case,Zhejiang A electric power company,this paper analyses the problems existing in the Zhejiang A electric power company employees incentive mechanism and their causes,and put forward feasible improvement scheme,for thepaper's research conclusion is of great significance to promote the healthy development of electric power enterprise of scientific research.
