Research On The Industry Operational Safety Evaluation Index System Based On ANP

Health and safety run basic endowment insurance system is not only an important prerequisite for the sustainable and steady development of the social security in China, but also the key to promote national stability, social harmony and happiness of the people.Therefore, the use of scientific and effective evaluation techniques for the actual operating conditions of the current basic endowment insurance system for objective,realistic assessment has become extremely important and urgent, and to further optimize and improve the social security system in China has a very important practical significance.Firstly, through literature research, this article focused on exploring the research status of the evaluation system in pension area and comprehensive expertise selected elements out of the 14 indicators, constitute the evaluation index system of this article, then discusses in detail the level of technical knowledge of the analytic network process, under the guidance of experts in the field to analyze the relationship between the system of indicators, given the endowment insurance operational safety assessment ANP model based on the method and on the basis of quantitative analysis the specific weights of the indicators, as scale reflected in the indicators of the relative importance of the evaluation system. In addition, this thesis presents the factor analysis and entropy analysis of organic combination of comprehensive evaluation methods, and gives the standard deviation calculation algorithms and standardized weighting factor algorithm. The data of basic old-age insurance system in our country's 31 provinces as the experimental data, calculating the scores and weights for each factor, and finally get the pension security running situation composite score of each province,which is carried out scientific assessments for operational safety of the existing pension system in China. Through experimental analysis,this thesis has verified the legitimacy and effectiveness of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method,and all have a certain reference value for other social security insurance system and other areas of research.
