The Evaluation And Analysis Of Regional Competitiveness Of Henan Province

Regional competitiveness is the competition in the competition for resources or market in the process of showing a comprehensive ability,performance in the industrial competitiveness,competitiveness of enterprises,science and technology competitiveness,national quality competitiveness,human capital competitiveness and other aspects of evaluation The competitiveness of a particular regional context has important practical significance.This paper first summarizes the evaluation system of regional competitiveness at home and abroad,and constructs the evaluation index system of regional competitiveness.The evaluation system includes one level 1 overall evaluation index(regional comprehensive competitiveness)and 10 2 level system level indicators(economic competitiveness,industrial competitiveness,urban and rural structure competitiveness,foreign competitiveness,government performance competitiveness,financial competitiveness,The competitiveness of the infrastructure,the competitiveness of science and technology,the competitiveness of human capital and the competitiveness of enterprises),and combined with their own regional conditions,through the comparative analysis of the literature,select the system layer of 40 representative indicators.Then,the model of the system is used to establish the model,the evaluation index system of the competitiveness evaluation system,the combination of factor selection method and entropy method,the total score of regional competitiveness and the score of each system layer are obtained.The central six provinces for comparative analysis.In the comparative analysis,Henan Province ranked second in the regional competitiveness score,among which the economic competitiveness ranked first,the industrycompetitiveness was the sixth,the competitiveness of urban and rural structure was the fifth,the foreign competition was the second,the government performance competition Fourth,the financial competitiveness of the second,the competitiveness of infrastructure Fourth,the competitiveness of science and technology Third,the competitiveness of human capital fifth and the competitiveness of enterprises first.Henan Province,industrial competitiveness,urban and rural structure competitiveness,human capital competitiveness are in a backward position.Industrial competitiveness in the selection of indicators,including the second and third industry and the proportion of secondary and tertiary industry practitioners,indicators mainly reflect the irrational situation of industrial structure in Henan Province.The results show that the industrial structure is advanced and rationalized by 1 percentage point,and the promotion effect of regional economic growth rate is 13.6%.The results show that the industrial structure is advanced and rationalized,13.6% and 14.4% respectively.As the industrial structure of Henan Province,advanced and rationalized data compared to the central provinces of the six provinces in the backward position,the future of Henan Province in the industrial structure needs to be adjusted.The competitiveness of urban and rural areas mainly includes the degree of urban-rural gap,the gap between urban and rural areas and the three indicators of urbanization,the first two for the reverse indicators,ranking later,and urbanization in the central six provinces has been in a backward position.By selecting the rate of urbanization and per capita GDP in the middle of the city,it is found that the elasticity coefficient of urbanization in Henan Province is smaller than that in other provinces,and the higher urbanization level can drive the economic development faster.New urbanization also has greater room for development.At the same time,Henan Province,the situation of human resources is not optimistic,there are population dividend advantage,but the education level is generally low.Technology,mostly in the labor-intensive industries,high-tech growth of enterprises less.Therefore,this paper concludes the suggestions to enhance the regional competitiveness of Henan Province,which is mainly classified into the following four categories: to optimize the industrial structure,to build a modern industrial system;to build a strong province of human resources;to implement scientific and technological innovation,to build a modern innovation system;to speed up the new urbanization,Promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
