Research On Rmb Cross-border Settlement Of Guangxi Dongxing Experimental Zone For Development And Opening-up

Guangxi Dongxing City,has 30 years of open border history,especially in July 2012 the State Council approved the establishment of Guangxi Dongxing focus on the development of open test area since the main development reform as the national first batch of test area,Dongxing test area in Guangxi to the important role of the border,which solve the trade settlement problem is to promote a key the development of foreign trade.At present,our country attaches great importance to the development of RMB internationalization,which carry out cross-border RMB settlement is one of the key,therefore,this article from the macro and micro perspective,to explore the Dongxing Experimental Zone for there are still many problems in the process of the settlement of border trade,research on how to improve the test area of cross-border RMB settlement.This paper is mainly based on the theory of monetary settlement,the regional economic integration theory,comparative analysis by using literature method,selection of border trade between Guangxi,Dongxing and Vietnam as the research breakthrough point,elaborated from the aspects of trade scale,trade structure,settlement etc.,and that the test area and the Vietnam border trade settlement problem from the comparison of RMB settlement scale and the scale of trade between China and Vietnam,the policy is not unified,the RMB and vnd exchange rate make the complexity,test area bank settlement procedures cumbersome,RMB back channels,the lack of cross-border RMB settlement system is not effectively used etc.,in Mongolia,Kazakhstan border economic cooperation zone as an example,summarize and absorb them in the financial system and currency settlement experience,give some enlightenment in Dongxing test area,put forward effective measures for financial innovation in Dongxing test area.Over the years,many domestic experts and scholars have conducted a comprehensive analysis and in-depth of cross-border RMB settlement,their views on the development and internationalization of RMB are put forward,but from the perspective of cross-border cooperation zone,on the basis of the theory,using empirical analysis are few,therefore,this paper based on many research achievements,from Guangxi Dongxing focus on the development of open test area and Vietnam border trade in the direction of cross-border RMB settlement,and expected after the inquiry,the problem of RMB globalization is analyzed deeply.
