The Study On The Relationship Between Energy Economic Efficiency,Energy Environment And Industrial Structure Change

Enter the "13th Five-Year" plan,as currently the world’s second largest economy,China is expected to control energy consumption at 50 tons of standard coal in 2020,this is the first time for China to set up energy consumption targets.At present,Jiangxi’s economic development has not completely changed the extensive economic growth mode,the rapid economic growth is still based on high investment and high consumption growth.In the face of energy revolution and economic new normal development,it is very important for Jiangxi province to identify the direction of energy development,so as to improve the efficiency of energy consumption,energy efficiency to achieve the coordinated development and changes in industrial structure.In this paper,the advanced industrial structure index based on Moore value and employment structure,the proportion of import and export and human capital index of industrial structure index system to evaluate the industrial structure changes the level of 1995-2015 in Jiangxi province by using entropy method,the energy efficiency can be divided into economic efficiency and environmental efficiency of energy sources,to calculate two using the SBM-DEA model,on this basis,using vector autoregressive(VAR)model for empirical analysis of the relationship of energy efficiency,energy efficiency and industrial structure changes in the environment.Research shows that the unexpected energy environmental efficiency is highest of Yingtan City,Jingdezhen City,Fuzhou city and Xinyu City of Jiangxi Province.There is an inefficient energy consumption in cities of the high unexpected energy environmental efficiency,and industrial development has a lot of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions,there is a great potential for energy saving and improvement of space,considering environmental regulation can be more scientific measurement of energy efficiency.Compared with the eastern coastal areas of,the geographical position,employment structure,human capital,investment and opening to the outside world of Jiangxi Province are deficient,which leads to the low level ofindustrial structure change,and there is a lot of room for improvement.The influence of industrial structure changes on energy economic efficiency level is positive,and energy environmental efficiency is the negative response,and both of the influence is after a period of preparation,then began to play a role,and the influence will be not eliminate.The contribution rate of each variable is the largest,and in the study period,the contribution rate of their own continued is decline.The improvement of energy efficiency contributes to the change of industrial structure,and the contribution rate of industrial structure change to energy economic efficiency and energy environment efficiency is greater than the contribution rate of per GDP.From the coordinated development of the industry and energy point of view,the change of industrial structure and energy efficiency have consistency and feasibility,and the intermediate target of industrial structure changes can improve energy efficiency as to macro-control.Finally,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote energy efficiency and optimize the industrial structure of Jiangxi province.
