Research On The Relationship Between Industrial Structure Change And Energy Efficiency In Guangxi

Since China’s reform and opening up,economic growth in Guangxi,but the sustainable development of economy,is still subject to energy.If long-term to maintain extensive mode of economic growth,high energy consumption,subject to energy conservation and environmental protection,such growth is unsustainable.Under the background of the new normal,the optimization of economic structure,elements,investment-driven to innovation-driven has become a new focus of the development of regional economy.In macro environment,the development stage,economic structure under multiple development factors,aiming at the actual situation of the development of Guangxi and even the whole country,the development period,unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable development problems,such as adjusting the industrial structure and transformation of the mode of economic growth,saving energy and reducing consumption has become a new direction of development.Energy efficiency is subject to the industrial structure,energy consumption structure,energy prices,multiple factors such as technological progress,to improve the efficiency of energy utilization,the first thing to consider this question.In addition,the current in Guangxi is facing a strategic structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading of the structure,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is the association of Guangxi industrial structure optimization to improve energy efficiency of the effect.Industrial structure compared with the other factors influencing the efficiency of energy utilization in Guangxi,is the important factor or a secondary factor.Article,from the perspective of the theory analysis,simply expounds the theory of industrial structure adjustment goal and the change of industrial structure and energy efficiency related theory,then analysis the industrial structure change on energy efficiency of the transmission mechanism,and the energy efficiency factor decomposition,analysis the influence factors of energy efficiency.The article research is mainly to solve two problems,whether the change of industrial structure of guangxi influence the change of energy efficiency and further analysis which factor has a significant influence on energy efficiency.Makes an empirical analysis using data from 1995 to 2015,the results show that the tertiary industry’s contribution to the energy efficiency of Guangxi,the largest contribution rate is 56%,explain the rise in the proportion of the tertiary industry will significantly improve the efficiency of energy utilization,the change of industrial structure upgrade is energy conservation and emissions reduction in Guangxi,the key to improve the efficiency of energy utilization.Finally based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.First,fully integrated into the development of new green concept,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure adjustment of industry structure,the requirement to establish to green,health,green GDP accounting and evaluation system as the core of social development.In focus on cultivating
