With the opening of the WTO,Chinese pharmaceutical companies have also gone out of the country,expand overseas markets.So far,the international trade in medicine has increased year by year.Although our western medicine is dominated by generic drugs,but in the overseas market due to the appropriate marketing strategy to stand well.And the Chinese medicine is the only product which has the independent intellectual property and it is advanced and prospective.This article takes YZ company as the background to deeply discuss and research the international sales management.First,this article make sure the research background and significance,and then described the basic theory of international marketing.Second,from the external environment of the Southeast Asian and the internal environment of the enterprise carried on a detailed analysis.Then make out the advantages and disadvantages of the development of YZ company in Southeast Asia.The advantages have company resources advantage,product advantage and market advantage;The disadvantage have product techniacal inovation ability is weal,the level of market development,etc.Finally proposed the focus of this article is that through the analysis of the previous and the Southeast Asian market segmentation and positioning,respectively,from the 4P market strategy to draw a practical marketing program.
