The globalization of markets is a frenetic pace, can not stop. China has not only the local market, it has become an important part of the global market for Chinese enterprises, the fight is not an option but a necessity. To survive, grow, out of the country has become the dream of the growth of entrepreneurs in China. Enterprises to explore overseas markets is a system of overall strategic thinking, it is based on analysis of enterprises as the external environment, industry conditions and, based on internal conditions, in order to survive in the market competition and development to make the overall, long-term planning or program. It pointed out the business in a competitive environment of the strategic focus and strategic positioning.Global home appliance industry is a highly competitive industry, appliance manufacturers to pursue economies of scale, expanding the scale to reduce production costs, with the accelerated process of global economic integration, the competitive appliance industry to gradually break the boundaries between nations, large household appliances manufacturers global strategic plan to produce and market, competition among home appliance business has been in the past competition between domestic enterprises evolve into a contest between multinational corporations, international assets within the household appliances industry, accelerating the pace of restructuring. The world's appliance industry development and growth process of multinational companies that, based on the international development of the global market is the only way to business growth.In this paper, literature and logic analysis of CH overseas expansion strategy the company is analyzed and made note of the relevant improvement measures. CH-known companies as domestic companies, the earlier to set foot on an international journey, there are successes and lessons learned. This article attempts to enter the international market based on the theory, large number of companies to collect and analyze data on CH in the CH company on this basis to develop overseas market strategy and overall strategic thinking to compare systematic and comprehensive analysis and discussion, CH mining company overseas market expansion strategies that match with the overall strategic thinking problems, and made some corrections strategies, so that the company's overall strategic thinking CH in the overseas market expansion strategies are effectively implemented.
