| The insurance industry is a typical marketing industry,so our country’s insurance industry can achieve a better development,an the key lies in the quality of its insurance marketing personnel.At present,an important problem restricting the development of China’s insurance companies,is the high loss rate of insurance marketing talents.If the insurance marketing talent is not stable,which will cause a lot of "orphan policy",so there is no one in charge of the business policy.It will not only for the insured and the insurer to reduce their distress,satisfaction index of the company,but also damage the insurance company’s credit index,the effect of policy renewal rate,resulting in increased the cost of human resources management of insurance companies.The authors work in the D insurance company for many years,have a certain understanding of the company’s human resources management,in this paper,the author mainly studies the motivation problem that is faced with the D insurance company sales staff from the human resources management,summarized the status of incentive sales personnel of D insurance company,analysis the main problems existing in the incentive mechanism.The author thinks that the lack of D insurance company sales staff incentives,mainly sales recruitment links strict,salary and welfare mechanism design is not reasonable,the performance appraisal mechanism is too strict,the lack of occupation career planning and sales staff work in a stressful environment.In determining the sales incentive problem,the author formulates the problem solving strategy,including improving the sales staff performance salary system,strengthen the training of sales staff,sales staff to clear the occupation career planning system,strengthen the work of the sales staff incentive environment.Through this study,it is useful to help the D insurance company to reduce the loss of sales staff,to maintain the stability of company staff.I hope this paper can provide reference for the healthy development of China’s Insurance industry. |
