Renewing one's knowledge gradually become the key elements for enterprise survival and development in the case of economic globalization.The people,as owners of knowledge wealth,gradually become the restriction factor for one enterprise's survival and development.A company is a science and technology intensive enterprise,and the people as owners of science and technology is the most important intangible assets and production factors.The problem of human resources has been the core issue.In recent years,with company's market continuously expanding,the company's main business revenue and profit targets are completed,and the status of the company within the same industry is rising,but the employee turnover rate is rising.Some employees often vent discontents through various channels.Many people not be done in their own jobs,and their performance level is low.How to take effective way to listen to employees what they are not satisfied with is the problem before the department of human resources.Researching existing employee satisfaction is to solve the above problem and to real understanding of employee voice a scientific and effective method.In this paper,we put forward the pertinent research and demonstrate that the employee's complaining is representative and universality by studying A company employee satisfaction.Through the results of the survey,we analysis that A company is facing four sorts of questions:a sense of achievement is relatively and the post incentive range is not enough;performance system obsolete and assessment and individual contribution are not matching;staff disregard for company's operation and management and the company is lack of culture idea;employee career pathways is a single and promotion system is lack of energy.According to analysis of the problem,the paper gives four suggestions for improvement:increase the job satisfaction and expand the scope of the job incentives;innovate performance pay system and be objective assessment of individual contributions;everyone participates the company's management and the company reshapes the culture concept;increase job sequence and channels becomes diversification.We will raise the level of employee satisfaction in A company through the four measures.
