Research On Project Manager Management System Of A Communication Company

With the implementation of China's national broadband strategy and the rapid development of communication technology,communications corporation in order to adapt to the rapid upgrading of products and technologies in the communications industry,constantly develop new communications projects.The project manager is the soul of the communication construction project,and the management of the project manager is the key point in the project management,so the most important part of communication construction project is the management of the project manager.Through efficient project manager management system,can fully improve the project manager's work efficiency,and improve the running condition of the project,and promote the development of communication construction enterprise.Therefore,the research on the management system of project manager is of great significance.In this paper,the project manager management system of A communication company as the research content,through literature search and analysis,find five aspects of problems in organizational structure,responsibility and power,selection mechanism,salary structure,performance appraisal mechanism.For this reason,this paper makes further efforts to analyze LTE project manager management system through the questionnaire survey method.The data statistics and analysis results of LTE project manager management system show that:the project management chain is too long;the project manager responsibility and power is not equal;the project manager selection standard is not comprehensive;the project manager salary structure unreasonable;the project manager performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect and so on.Finally,according to the problems of project manager management system of A communication company,this paper proposes five improvement ideas and measures,including the implementation of project manager's flattening organizational structure,the optimization of project manager's responsibility and authority,improvement of project manager's selection mechanism,the optimization of project manager's incentive mechanism,improvement of project manager's performance management mechanism based on project performance.Through the literature method and questionnaire investigation method,this paper analyze the problems of project manager management system of A communication company and targeted the proposed solution,not only can provide a reference for the future development of A communication company,and can also provide reference for the development of other communication construction enterprise.
