Professionals are important part of an enterprise's human resources,they grasp the core technology of enterprises,which plays an crucial role in the development of enterprises.In order to attract,motivate and retain professional staffs,enterprises must bring in a scientific and reasonable salary system as support.Therefore,enterprises need to continuously optimize their salary management system to adapt to the changes of the market and the development of itself.X airport is a state-owned enterprise in civil aviation industry,its present salary system was revised in 2010.The salary system has to be amended after these years' market changing and the adjustment of itsX airport is a state-owned enterprise of civil aviation industry.the compensation system is revised in 2010.after several years of market changes,X airport is adjusted and flattened,and the strategic objective is adjusted,the compensation management system cannot fully apply,especially the salary management of professional technical staff,it needs to make corresponding improvement adjustment.This paper takes the compensation management of x airport professional and technical staff as the research object,and uses modern compensation management theory to analyze and formulate the improved scheme of the compensation management system of x airport professional technical staff.This paper is formed by six parts.Firstly,the paper summarizes the documents and viewpoints of salary management.Secondly,it introduces the problems of unreasonable salary structure,single promotion channel and not scientific enough performance incentive system through investigation and analysis of the present human resources situation and salary management system of X airport.Then it discusses the reasons of these problems and raises improvement plans by using position evaluation technology,salary management theory and salary incentive theory and promotes suggestions to improve the salary management system of X airport's professionals.Finally,the implementation measures of X airport's salary improvement plans is proposed.
