An Study Of ABC Counter Business Operation

Bank offices are important front of commercial bank business operation and management,counters of bank offices are one of primary channels for service delivery.With the development of Internet and intelligentialization,counter business has witnessed great changes as well as many new problems.Therefore,the optimization of counter business operations and solution for those problems is the key to promote banks' core competencies and sustainable development capacity.The present paper carries on researches on the theories of bank operation and management,office counter operation and management,counter business process transformation,counter business risk and risk management,operation backstage center;in combination with domestic and foreign bank counter business development status,the paper also analyzes the status of counter business of ABC,,figures out problem it faces:counter business process restrictions lead to inefficiency,front line staffs shoulder too much responsibilities thus bear heavy pressure of work,low system automation can't meet up with business requirement,counter business institution lags thus shorts of constraining force,risk control system imperfection results in poor risk control effect,etc.For these problems,this paper proposes a solution for ABC counter business optimization,including a business process reengineering mode,an office post setting optimization portfolio,an intelligentized integrated operation system,a scientific standard risk control system,and a intensive and efficient operation backstage center.The key point of this paper is to upgrade counter business operation mode,leverage intelligent electronic tools,further explore the value of bank offices and put them into good use,improve their service efficiency,derive quality,marketing capability,customer experience,and finally the soft power of commercial bank offices.
