Commercial banks are an important cornerstone of China’s financial industry,and its stability is related to the stability of the entire financial industry.In recent years,due to the dual impact of the unstable international situation and the increasing downward pressure on the domestic economy,the profits of banks have tightened,and the risk pressure faced by banks has gradually increased.Counter business is the foundation of the entire commercial bank,is the link between the bank and the customer link,counter operation risk not only to customers,banks cause direct economic losses,but also will bring immeasurable reputation risk,affecting the healthy and stable development of the bank,so the counter business operation risk is an important part of the bank risk.Although Bank of China S Branch has its own relevant system and system,but in the process of operation there are still many counter operation risk problems,this thesis through the Bank of China S Branch counter operation risk management research,aimed at finding the cause of the risk,put forward practical and effective countermeasures,to prevent counter business operation risks have certain practical significance.This thesis takes S Branch as the research object to conduct research on the risk management of counter business operations,and through reference to domestic and foreign literature,with the relevant theories of operation risks,the relevant theories of bank counter operation risks,and internal control theories as the theoretical basis,through combing out and summarizing nine types of common business risk points of S Branch’s various businesses,sorting out various line departments through on-site and off-site inspections,they found that there are many problems in the process of counter business operations.The typical cases in several aspects are analyzed to illustrate the current situation of risk management in the counter operation of S Branch.From the four aspects of personnel factors,internal control system factors,system factors and external factors,the analytic hierarchy method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to analyze the serious risks in the counter business operation of S Branch,and the reasons for the risk were analyzed,and suggestions were proposed for improvement from six aspects: strengthening the management’s sense of responsibility,improving the counter personnel management system,improving the counter business operation risk related system,improving the level of information management,and adjusting the compliance culture.
