Study On Improvement Of Site Quality Management Of CCF Company

There are some common problems that modern companies have to face,including low-cost and efficient productions、responding rapidly the market requirement、ensuring goods quality and improving continuously the field management.The product quality is the key factor for consumers satisfaction which directly has a great influence on companies,and the good quality of products is the basis of companies in the current global competition,and is also the core competitiveness of catching up with opponents How to refer the actual situations on the spot and how to use lean theory and methods have become the key of the small and medium enterprise management in order to make the product quality improve continuously in the process of the field management of production.Firstly,this paper introduces backgrounds of the compressor application and the market requirement in the domestic and foreign.With the prominent energy issues worsening increasingly and the environmental protection sense strengthening gradually,the compressed natural gas has become one of the most important energy of automobiles,and the natural gas compressor of filling station has huge market demand.it is essential to analyze the current situation of the CCF company’s site quality management,including on-site production technologies、production processes and general assembly processes.Then,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of CCF company,we concluded that the CCF company met main problems of the site quality management,and we analyzed the causes of the main problems.At the same time,the quality loss and the cause of accidents were analyzed.Finally,the author,by participating in the whole group of lean production and quality management methods to improve and study and referring to CCF’s situation of the site quality management,put forward to using the method that lean production combined with the six sigma principle in order to improve the production efficiency and the site quality management mechanism.We have designed the quality improvement plan based on the Six Sigma and the spot management,in order to reduce the defect rate and the cost of the finished product.The actual operation results show that,with the combination of lean production and Six Sigma quality improvement method,the site quality effect of the CCF has been improved obviously.
