The emergence of the computer for the entire accounting industry,not only from the manual accounting out of relief,more importantly,to promote the development of accounting information.At present,enterprises have basically through the UF,Inspur,Kingdee and other financial software to achieve the accounting information,these software platforms greatly improve the efficiency and quality of financial accounting,financial data can be more quickly classified and summarized.However,under the traditional concept of financial accounting,the financial accounting of the enterprise takes place after the occurrence of the economic business,and the financial accounting follows certain criteria.It relies on the subjective judgment of the financial staff,thus leading to the disconnection of the financial information and the business information,That is,there is a 'information island' between the finance department and the other department.To break the 'information island' to achieve financial information and business information synchronization,many companies began a financial business integration attempt.The so-called "financial business integration",is the production and operation of business processes,financial processes and management processes,through the network,database and other IT environment to build pre-set to achieve business events to the financial information of the automatic conversion,Data and business integration.At present,many enterprises in China have implemented the integration of financial business,financial business integration is also obvious:to break the information island,financial information and production and operation of real-time synchronization information and so on.In this study of the financial integration,I do not want to talk about the advantages,but to find defects and deficiencies.The article selected G company,an important hydropower leading enterprise in southwest China,its financial business integration since 2014,put a huge financial and human resources,but run to today,from the system's initial planning and goals also There are a certain distance,this paper mainly from the system reasons,the reasons for the company's strategy and personnel reasons to find the financial integration project implementation of the shortcomings and deficiencies,such as redundant data too much,sub-module information sharing is not high,The integration of the integration system and other management systems,and so on,these problems hinder the integration of the advantages of financial business play.In order to avoid and improve the defects and shortcomings of G Company's financial integration,this paper also puts forward a series of optimization strategies,such as the secondary development and personalization of the integrated system,the overall layout of the company's information construction,Redundant system information,and so on.This series of recommendations and proposals provide some of the feasibility recommendations for G Company and the units to be implemented in the future.
