Current Chinese economic development turn to the new normal,the market demand for coal tends to saturation,coal industry,economic growth slowed and the weakness of the coal as main business of YO group company business is struggling,Huge external market shocks and internal management contradiction makes companies face the plight of problems we face at home and abroad,by the traditional management methods and keep steady development strategy has been difficult to adapt to the current drastic change of market demand,the future of how to formulate a scientific and effective long-term development strategy,actively explore the domestic and foreign markets,actively participate in market competition to expand market share,improve enterprise competitiveness has become the current YO group primary key problems needed to resolve.This paper based on the theory of modern strategic management theory,first of all,through the literature research to understand the current domestic and foreign research related to coal industry development strategy of dynamic,determine the value and the research on the theory of this paper.After using the PEST method to analyze the macro environment facing YO group external environment,clear the future to provide for the establishment of the group development strategy overall perspective.Then,using the porter five analysis model to YO group's coal industry threat potential entrants,substitutes,supplies bargaining power,customer's bargaining power and makes a systematical analysis of the existing competitive enterprise in the industry,effectively understand the industry competitors,future demand difference strategy.On the basis,analyze the YO group internal resource and strategic ability,the goal of enterprise development strategy,and using the method of SWOT to YO group advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threat are analyzed in detail,Based on the strategic position and action evaluation matrix YO group's future development strategy.Finally,organizational change,from the enterprise information system construction,cultivating enterprise culture,specific implementation plan,risk control and management for the future YO group development strategy to provide the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the paper,based on the research of the YO group development strategy,in order to form a closely integrated theory and practice to explore on the basis of YO group's long-term development strategy,not only improve the economic benefits of YO group and relieve the economic difficulties,but also for the resource binding enterprises and related industries in the future provide important decision-making reference for the establishment of development strategy.
