In recent years,with the continuous opening of the wind power market,wind power enterprises between the competition is also growing,forcing wind power companies need to continuously improve the level of security services.Over the past decade,due to various types of natural disasters in China and the frequent occurrence of public safety incidents,making the safety of wind power enterprises to enhance the capacity has been greatly affected,but also to the enterprise has brought a lot of losses,emergency rescue disposal of wind power enterprises The current attention and concern.In the process of emergency rescue,emergency management of the material is the most important part of the emergency process.How to reduce the cost of inventory at the same time through a reasonable scientific and effective inventory management approach to enable enterprises to maintain a high level of security is the wind power companies are most concerned about the issue.And the balance between the cost of emergency material inventory and the level of security has become a prominent problem in the management of wind power enterprise service security.To this end,the paper will build a wind power enterprise emergency material inventory management model to solve the problem.The paper will start in the following order:First of all,the wind power enterprise emergency materials and inventory management of the basic theory were introduced,mainly the emergency material demand management,emergency supplies demand and demand characteristics,the purpose of inventory management and inventory management methods,on the basis of the emergency The relationship between material inventory and inventory classification is analyzed and explained.Secondly,the paper summarizes the classification methods of emergency material inventory,and optimizes the ABC method which is suitable for the classification of emergency materials in wind power enterprises.Based on the comprehensive consideration of wind power enterprise emergency material properties,the fuzzy evaluation method is compared with traditional ABC Combined with the method,more efficient classification of wind power enterprise emergency materials,and the method applied to a type of circuit breaker classification,the effectiveness of the display method.Finally,based on the analysis and comparison of the traditional emergency material inventory model,the paper will focus on three kinds of emergency materials inventory model: the key emergency material inventory model,the shortage of emergency material inventory model and the importance of emergency material inventory model.Each model will use the corresponding examples to verify,the case data into the established model for the calculation process,the analysis of the model results can be given in line with the requirements of the enterprise inventory inventory,in order to achieve business on the inventory The scientific management and the rational use of the inventory resources,and then to achieve the enterprise emergency inventory management to provide theoretical support and data reference purposes.The management of emergency materials in wind power enterprise is one of the important links in the emergency system of enterprises,and the scientific and effective management strategy has a direct impact on the results and effects of emergency rescue.The research of this paper is helpful for the wind power enterprise to construct the optimal inventory management strategy of the optimal cost and the high security level,which has certain theoretical value for the wind power enterprise to improve the safety assurance ability,improve the emergency material inventory level and reduce the inventory cost.
