With the development of knowledge economy,knowledge system is constantly enriching and spilling over,and the intangible factors of production have become the new power such as knowledge and human capital.And the knowledge resource won't be allocated to enterprise evenly from the perspective of resource allocation.To acquire the knowledge resource independently,enterprise needs to actively take part in the supply chain which is the close cooperation partners.Supply chain flows with knowledge resource,and it will integrates the complementary resources by knowledge sharing,thus it enhances storage of the knowledge and innovation capacity of knowledge.Meanwhile,enterprise human capital as the result of supply chain knowledge sharing,it can be regarded as the important resource for the development of enterprise,so the research of how to improve the supply chain knowledge sharing and the development of human capital is observed.This paper designed the questionnaire survey by literature review firstly,and secondly,divided the supply chain knowledge sharing factors as the four components that is sharing actors,sharing content,sharing context and sharing media on the basis of the theoretical model of knowledge transfer process.And combined point of view that the essence of the human capital as the result of knowledge sharing among the organizations,we constructed the theoretical model between the supply chain knowledge sharing and human capital and also proposed the theoretical hypothesis.Thirdly,we confirmed the theoretical model and hypothesis by SPSS19.0and AMOS 17.0.The result has been showed as below:1)The position in the supply chain,the benefit and attitude of supply chain knowledge sharing has the positive influence of the human capital through the intermediation of knowledge sharing intention.2)The absorptive capacity,learning capacity,tacit knowledge sharing,explicit knowledge sharing,relativity of knowledge,innovation enterprise culture and incentive mechanism has the positive influence of the human capital.3)The barrier of knowledge has the little effects on human capital.4)The communication among the supply chain has the positive influence of the human capital through the intermediation of trust.5)Opportunistic behavior in supply chain has the negative impact on the human capital,however,if there has the highly trust among the partners,it will be reduce the opportunistic behavior's negative impact for the accumulation of human capital.6)Information technical has the positive impact on the human capital under the knowledge sharing platform.At last,we proposed the some advises for improving the result of the supply chain knowledge sharing and the development of human capital based on the research result.
