In the 21st century,with the rapid development of information technology,traditional efficiency and good quality can not meet the rapidly changing market demand,if the enterprise wants to survive in the fierce market environment,it is necessary for the enterprise to put itself in the supply chain relationship network,to cooperate with the enterprise stakeholders,to create the competitive advantage of the supply chain.In this context,the enterprise should pay high attention to the economic and social relations with stakeholders,strengthen the management of enterprise relationship capital,integrate the advantageousresource,make full use of the impact relationship capital management has on enhancing enterprises competitiveness and the whole supply chain.Knowledge sharing is one of the most important methods for enterprises to integrate advantageous resources,as a scarce and irreplaceable resource,knowledge is an important source of innovation,technology and sustainable development,as an important part of knowledge management,knowledge sharing has a great influence on the performance and development of enterprises.As an important form of chain network,supply chain is an effective carrier of knowledge sharing.By strengthening the management of relational capital,using relational resources to increase the depth and efficiency of knowledge sharing,enterprises can obtain greater competitive advantage and value.Therefore,with the increasing change of market demand and the complexity of the supply chain knowledge management,it is of great value to explore the key factors of knowledge sharing in supply chainand analyze the relationship of capital management.By elucidating the conception of relationship capital,knowledge sharing in supply chain,and the relationship between the two,from the perspective of relationship capital,12 factors that may influence knowledge sharing in supply chain are selected after reviewing related literature.On this basis,expert scoring method is utilized to determine the functional relationship between these factors,the hierarchical structure of the factors is divided into several levels by the ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling);Based on the results obtained from the ISM,the driving force and dependence of factors are obtained by using of the MICMAC(Cross Impact Matrix-multiplication Applied to Classification)analysis.As a result,the key factors of knowledge sharing in supply chain enterprises are as follows:relational capital investment,willingness to share,organizational commitment,organizational compatibility,knowledge distance and technical barriers.Finally,the key factors of knowledge sharing in supply chain that obtained from the ISM of supply chain knowledge sharing are used to build qualitative causal relationship in knowledge sharing.By using QSIM(Qualitative Simulation)algorithm and combining the relationship between capital investment cost and knowledge sharing,the effects different capital investment plans haveon knowledge sharing level and in supply chain are explored.Present study aims to provide some reference for manager when making decisions relate to knowledge sharing.The results show that:In the three process of QSIM system,when the organizational compatibility in the chain is in a higher level,a "lower" relationship capital investment should be implemented,when the organizational compatibility in the chain is in a "general" or "low" level,a higher degree of relationship capital investment should be implemented,in this way,the best performance of supply chain knowledge sharing can be achieved;When managing relationship capital,not all of the investment can achieve ideal effect,in order to reduce the cost,in the first stage(when the organizational compatibility is high),we can implement a "lower" degree of relationship capital investment,in the remaining two stages,a relative high degree of relationship capital investment can be used to achieve better knowledge sharing in supply chain;Although the capital investment is the same,the effect of knowledge sharing is very different,when the supply chain relationship capital investment is the same,the better knowledge sharingis usuallyrealized in the third stage(that is,theorganization compatibility in a "low" level)by the implementation of "higher" or"general" relationship capital investment. |
