Research Of Construction Workers Safety Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Based On SEM

The construction industry has been the spending industry in our national economy.In recent years,the scale of construction industry and the industry volume have increased year by year,but the occurrence rate of the construction accidents has been high,the construction safety accident has brought huge losses to people's lives and property,but also affect the healthy development of the construction industry,it is not conducive to the harmony and stability of the society.How to use scientific and effective methods to improve the construction safety index of construction industry,to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents have become the focus of the subject by the experts and scholars.The personnel safety knowledge in construction enterprises,and the skill sharing behavior are taken as the research object in this paper,in order to improve the construction personnel's safety knowledge,skill reserves,to enhance employee's safety awareness,and to develop good daily safety habits of construction staff to reduce the occurrence of the accidents.In order to analyze the influence of building enterprise workers' sharing safety knowledge among them.In this paper,through theoretical analysis,using literature review and expert consultation method summarized six factors that influence the employee safety knowledge sharing behavior.They are: organization atmosphere,interest stimulating,work environment,safety training and seminar,psychological state,the staff's own quality.Under the six factors,we set up 34 observation variables for the quantitative analysis of the influencing factors.Based on the six factors of the SEM(structural equation modeling)how to form the path model of the assumption influence about the behavior of construction enterprises sharing safety knowledge,according to the observed variables,we compile the questionnaire,and then distribute and collecte the questionnaire,collate and summarize the questionnaire data.The reliability and validity of the data is tested by using SPSS software,and at last complete the analysis of exploratory factor.Applying the structural equation model theory,using AMOS to do empirical analysis,and modifying the model,Finally,the influence coefficient of evaluation model about the safety knowledge sharing behavior of frontline employees in construction enterprises is obtained.And the influencing factors and influencing coefficient of the all factors about the safety knowledge sharing behavior are obtained.Based on the analysis of the results of the model,the mental state of workers and employees' quality have a significant impact on the safety knowledge sharing behavior,and organizational atmosphere,stimulate interest,work environment,safety training and seminar by affecting employe's psychological state and staff quality,indirectly affect the behavior of sharing safety knowledge.The influence of organizational atmosphere is the most important,and the influence coefficient of safety training and topic discussion is the second.Therefore,enterprises should vigorously build a "people-oriented" harmony,a positive organizational culture and organizational atmosphere,improve staff's safety awareness,to develop a good attitude and habits of safe construction;strengthen internal management,pay attention to staff communication and exchange,Improve the rules and regulations of safety construction;increase the frequency and the effect of safety training and discussion,So as to improve the scope and effect of the employee's safety knowledge sharing behavior,and to improve the safety index of construction building.
