Research On Location Selection Of Yalong Commercial Logistics Park Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

In recent years,with the accelerating development speed and growing development scale of logistics industry in our country,the speed and pace of the construction of logistics park and other logistics infrastructure are also increasing,a hot wave of construction of logistics park have been raised in many regions.Because the logistics park covers a large amount of geographical area,holds a large investment,what is more,Logistics park have a far-reaching influence on the regional economic.So it is very important for us to select an appropriate location when the Logistics park was built.Many scholars home and abroad have achieved lots of valuable results,however,up to now a set of systematic theory about logistics park site selection has not been established,and there are many related problems that need to be further researched about the realm.In addition these factors that should to be considered and methods that should to be used are not entirely the same during the process of selecting locations for different types of logistics park.Based on the above reasons,this paper make some thorough and systematical analysis about the comprehensive evaluation method and the construction of evaluation index system for the locations selection of the integrated logistics park,also this paper make some empirical research about the Nan Yang YaLong comprehensive type of trade logistics park's location planning by using the hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method.These research results gained are as follows:First of all,according to the characteristics of the comprehensive type logistics park,this paper analyzes the several principles which we should follow when constructing evaluation index system,it also set up a set of site selection evaluation index system.The index system includes 18 specific indicators,there are both qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes.second,the paper make the concrete empirical analysis about the Yalong business integrated logistics park,it construct judgment matrix by using analytic hierarchy process and figure out weight value of evaluation indexes at all levels.Then,this paper make evaluation and grading about the three candidates city in each specific indicators with the statistical yearbook data and other information.For those indicators that can not be quantified easily,the paper make subjective rating by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.For those indicators that can be quantified easily,by referring to the data in the statistical yearbook,the paper make objective rating directly.Finally,by using the weighted average method,the total scores of the three candidate city were calculated.The optimal plan of site selection was picked out and Sent to the project investment decision-making party as a reference basis for their decisions.The fact proves that the decision-making method about the site selection of the integrated logistics park own very high scientificity and very good feasibility.
