Research And Application On Logistics Park Location Decision

The development of the logistic system has run in the network since 1990's. Logistics Park as the node between enterprises has accorded with the development direction, and become an important part of the logistics network. Logistics Park is also a main element of regional economy, and plays an important part in the construction and development of the regional economy. Whether logistics park location is reasonable or not, not only decides the logistics netwok's benefits, but also greatly effects the development of the regional economy, society environment and logistics enterprises. Therefore, how to scientifically choose logistics park location is a problem that is worth studying very much.The thesis focuses on the research and application of logistics park location decision,building up a series of logistics park location decision system, designing logistics park location decision process, proposing a kind of comprehensiv location method, and making the empirical research.Firstly, Based the analysis of the research actuality, the thesis puts forward the conception of the logistics park location decision system, then ccording to the results of factor analysis to the questionnaire, supplements the conception of the decision system and builds up the complete logistics park location decision system. At the same time, the author designs logistics park location decision process based on the established location decision system. And the thesis proposes a kind of comprehensiv location method which combines nonlinear programming mathematics mold and fuzzy evaluation method, according to the indexes traits of the location decision system and the shortage of the past research. Besides, the thesis also establishes the nonlinear programming mathematics mold and improves the fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, making use of the established location decision system, the designed decision process and the proposed comprehensiv location method, the empirical research on WanZhou logistics park location is done and a good result is achieved.
