Logistics Park is an important achievement in promoting the development oflogistics industry, and has played an important role in promoting sustainable urbandevelopment. For a region, the rationality of logistics park location and layout isbeneficial to improve urban competitiveness, and promote regional economicintegration. Therefore, to get a modern integrated logistics park site to consider manyaspects. The evaluation and selection of modern logistics park site has also become animportant subject of research.This paper studied logistics park site selection issue mainly from four aspects.First, the paper expatiated on concepts, features, functions and types of Logistics Parkthoroughly, then made a systematic analysis on principles, influencing factors,procedures involving in a site selection process. Second, proposed a DHGF solutionof site selection, as the core, combined with the analysis of regional logistics demandforecasting theory, then constructed an evaluation model for logistics park siteselection. Third, on the basis of sufficient corresponding research, the paper built aevaluation index system which is suitable for comprehensive logistics park siteselection involving economic, social, developing infrastructure areas.12indexes inlevel2, like transportation costs, land costs, expansion of park space rate wereincluded.Finally, to prove the comprehensive evaluation model and index system arevalid and scientific, chose Lanxi logistics park site selection issue for case study usingthe comprehensive evaluation model. The final results indicated that it is the best planfor logistics park site selection to take both location1and location2intoconsideration and plan and design in a unified way.This study illustrates the complexity of the issue of Logistics Park, it is unable toselect and come to the optimal solution without a scientific, comprehensive, accuratemethod. And in order to maximize efficiency, the final results can be a combination ofseveral programs. At the same time, the study also showed that the results would bemore rational, scientific and feasible if use the combination of a variety of methods.
