Research On Patent Competitiveness Of Enterprises In The Western Region

Nowadays,intellectual property has become an important factor of regional competitiveness,the competitiveness of enterprises in the region,the patent has become one of the economic development in this area of enterprise impetus,patent development environment.It is necessary to evaluate the regional patent competitiveness at the present stage.To vigorously implement the national intellectual property strategy,and enterprises in the western region with its own economic environment and technological environment competitiveness,the implementation of the patent and patent layout,and through the evaluation of the competitiveness of the whole area of enterprise patent,for the area for the patent management strategy on vulnerability and the transfer of regional economic development mode,optimize the industrial structure of the region provide strategic guarantee.This article from the western provinces and cities in the enterprise patent output strength,patent quality,strength and development trend of four indicators to analyze the competitiveness of enterprises in West China patent,and through the weight of each index to obtain the analytic hierarchy process.In this paper,the method of obtaining the index and the model of the evaluation of the competitiveness of enterprises in the western region have been established.Specifically,with the help of the western enterprise patent competitiveness evaluation model,to the west of Yunnan Province,Guizhou Province,Guangxi province and Shanxi Province,Chongqing city and six provinces of Sichuan Province patent data were ranked and analyzed,and emphatically analyzes the patent status of enterprises in Yunnan province.Through the analysis and evaluation of each single index of patent competitiveness in Yunnan province enterprises,enterprises of patent competitiveness in western part of the area is not balanced or weak,give reasonable improvement area of patent work and suggestions.In this paper,points out the restriction of patent competitiveness in enterprises in the western region of various policy and management,supervision and management including the management status,regional enterprise personnel structure and intellectual property cooperation mechanism,patent agencies,and the association of patent development and the establishment of the fund legislation status.Finally,combined with the evaluation model of regional patent competitiveness enterprises have been created,the analysis of the actual situation in some provinces and cities in the western region are local,strengthen IPR publicity efforts,establish a cooperative mechanism of "government,enterprises,education and research",and strengthen the government of enterprise knowledge service platform for the construction of property rights,encourage and guide the establishment of relevant countermeasures the enterprise based association of patent development and fund the western enterprise patent competitiveness.
