Study On The Mode Of Pro-poor Tourism In Cangxi County

Poverty has always been a problem that can not be ignored.Our government has been exploring a variety of ways to tackle poverty in order to eradicate poverty.In recent years,tourism as an important part of the tertiary industry,in poverty alleviation,to solve the surplus labor force,expanding domestic demand,promote economic development,ease the ecological problems and so play an increasingly important role.It is proved that guiding the development of tourism in poverty-stricken areas is conducive to transforming traditional "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation into "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation,and can gradually improve the poverty-free capacity of the poor population so that the social economy of poverty-stricken areas will eventually achieve sustainable development.In the process of promoting tourism poverty alleviation,we have gradually realized that tourism poverty alleviation must be accurate,from the poverty alleviation target object,the model and the interest mechanism and so on the fine poverty alleviation article,so as to fully exert the role of tourism poverty alleviation.In this context,this article selected Cangxi County as a research object,which belonging to Qin Bashan Bursts of poor areas,national poverty counties,according to the 30 tourism poverty alleviation of the key situation of the four different poverty alleviation model,is conducive to the local use of accurate tourism poverty alleviation methods effectively lead poverty alleviation in poverty areas.This paper based on the research on tourism poverty alleviation at home and abroad,under the guidance of industrial integration theory,community participation theory,stakeholder theory and sustainable development theory,through the detailed analysis of the conditions,the situation of poverty,the foundation of tourism industry,the status quo of tourism poverty alleviation and the restrictive factors,in view of the specific poverty situation in Cangxi County,the four poverty alleviation models of tourism poverty,"industrial park + tourism" poverty alleviation,rural tourism poverty alleviation,tourism commodity poverty alleviation.Then,the connotation,application scope and implementation route of each model are expounded in detail,and four representative poverty villages are selected as empirical research.This study has enriched the theoretical system of Cangxi County's tourism poverty alleviation model to a certain extent,which has certain theoretical significance and also provides reference and reference for tourism poverty alleviation research in other similar areas in China.On the other hand,this paper has a strong operability to realize the win-win situation of tourism development and poverty eradication in Cangxi County,and it has certain practical significance to promote the work of poverty alleviation in Cangxi County.
