Enter21st Century， global warming has become major issues， which is aserious threat to the sustainable development of human society． Climate changeaffected by natural factors， which is also closely related to greenhouse gases，such as carbon dioxide emissions in the agricultural production activities ofhuman． Climate warming has become the global major challenges， we areunconditional towards a low-carbon economy． At present， low-carbon economicdevelopment put mainly emphasis on industry and pays less attention to thetheoretical study and practical exploration in low-carbon economy for agriculturaldevelopment． However， as a matter of fact， greenhouse gas emissions ofagricultural production process are the second most important factors of globalgreenhouse gas emissions． China as the world’s second largest carbon emissionscountry， facing to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases， carbon fixing， andother energy-saving pressure， how to achieve the40%-45%of emission reductioncommitments in Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen， the development oflow-carbon agriculture is becoming more and more important． Low-carbonagriculture can solve the important issues of current agricultural development，change the way of agricultural growth，and promote the development of low energyconsumption， low emissions， low pollution agricultural development．Therefore， in order to promote the development on low-carbon agriculture，although some experts and scholars had studied on low-carbon agriculture relatedproblem， on the whole these studies are more scattered， and according to thediscussion on agricultural carbon dioxide emissions relatively less， it is mostlycharacterization of descriptive study． At the same time， the research on low-carbon agricultural in large range of country and provincial is more than insmall range of the county． This paper take Cangxi County， Sichuan Provinceecological agriculture demonstration county for example， which were qualitativeand quantitative analyzed， to fill the deficiencies of low-carbon agriculturalresearch in county．First of all， through a large number of literature collection， review andsorting based on the full understanding of the present research on low-carbonagriculture， this paper made an analysis and comparison among kinds ofagricultures， for example the low-carbon agriculture， and green agriculture，circulating agricultural ecological agriculture， low-carbon agriculture， greenagriculture， recycling of agricultural and ecological agriculture， to deepunderstanding of low-carbon agriculture． Secondly， in the form of field survey tocollect the relevant data of the carbon emission activities of Cangxi Countyagricultural production process， on the advice of the Bureau of Agriculture expertsof Cangxi county， from the point of view of agricultural inputs and outputs， weselect the suitable for Cangxi county low-carbon agricultural developmentevaluation index， which is the total power of agricultural machinery， chemicalfertilizer application rate， the effective irrigated area， rural electricityconsumption， the total sown area of crops and total agricultural production value;with the help of gray correlation analys method， to identify various indicators ofCangxi county low-carbon agriculture degree of influence (associated with thedegree of size)， that is to say the greatest influence is rural electricity consumption;the second respectively are the total sown area of crops， the effective irrigated areaand the total power of agricultural machinery; the smallest influence index ischemical fertilizer application rate， and to make a comprehensive evaluation of itslow-carbon agriculture， in the years1996-2010of evaluation result， Cangxicounty low-carbon agricultural development conditions are getting better and better，comprehensive benefit is getting higher and higher． Finally， according to theevaluation index of correlation degree among the size， comprehensive evaluationresult， it puts forward measures and suggestions on low-carbon agriculturaldevelopment in Cangxi county from legal laws and regulations， the science andtechnology research and development， low-carbon models， the mechanism ofdevelopment， the cultivation of talents and so on．...
