Research On The Risk Management Of Grassroots Power Grid Corporation's Supplies

The power industry is the lifeline of a country's economic. The supplies as the basis of support for the grassroots power industry plays an important role in the power grid safe, stable and efficient operation. In the past years, with the frequent occurrence of natural disasters and the spread of international financial crisis, power grid faces a variety of macro and micro risks. As an important part of the power grid corporation's assets, the risks of the materials are also gradually increasing. Therefore, the risk management on grassroots power supplies has great significance.This article started from the features of the power industry, and then discussed the characteristics of power supplies, and then analysis the plan from the electricity demand for materials management, bidding, purchasing, inspection, warehousing, distribution, use, retirement and other links. From the perspective of macro and micro models for risk identification, analysis of the power supplies risk management, through the twelve aspects of risk identification, the main risks were identified in 70 points. After analysis the possibility of its importance and qualitative, risk assessment model was set to evaluate the risks at all levels. Based on risk assessment's conclusions, the paper made a total of 53 risk response strategies and internal control methods.As one of the main research subjects of audit, risk management internal plays an important role in guiding the development of internal control and internal audit. Various fields are using the risk management's theory, but its work in the power of materials management is just in its infancy. The biggest innovation and achievements of this paper is to provide a scientific management perspective of risk management, risk management methods and many practical applications of internal control measures for the grassroots power grid corporation in managing the risks of power supplies.
