Research On The Evaluation Of Family Farm's Vitality In Pengzhou City Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

The household contract responsibility system is still playing an important role in China's agricultural economy.It is also created by the masses of the people and greatly mobilized its own enthusiasm to make China's agriculture a new step.However,with the change of the times and the continuous development of social and economic progress,the household co-generation responsibility system to some extent is no longer adapt to the current development needs,but should be changed and innovation.But the small peasant economy is still the most typical sign of China's rural economy,and in the next few decades will continue to develop,so how to make a family of family farming mode of rejuvenation,is our urgent problem to be solved.The concept of family farms is put forward in this context,but compared with the development of foreign family farms,we should pay more attention to the actual situation of China to make corresponding changes and adaptation,can not blindly copy the copy.All provinces and regions should be based on local conditions to develop family farms,in practice,find problems and targeted to solve the problem.Therefore,this paper chooses the family farm in Pengzhou city of Sichuan province as the research object.Through the theoretical research,the actual research,the data analysis and the empirical research,this paper comprehensively evaluates the general situation of the vitality of the family farm in Pengzhou,and finds out the problems Good to promote its development.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,the basic situation of the family farm.This paper briefly analyzes the present situation of family farms in Pengzhou from five aspects.Including the basic situation of the operators,production and operation,labor input,capital investment,market sales.Second,empirical research.Based on the theory of household contracting,the theory of imitation of enterprises,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory as the theoretical basis of this paper,First of all,based on the construction of enterprise vitality index system,combined with the characteristics and actual situation of Pengzhou City family farm,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of family farm vitality in Pengzhou City,and sets up four levels of indicators.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the vitality of Pengzhou family farm was analyzed empirically,and the final score of the index factor in the vitality evaluation index system was obtained.The results show:(1)from the overall assessment of vitality,at the "general" level.Among them,the viability is relatively good,followed by growth capacity,competitiveness is relatively poor,but belong to the "general" level;(2)from the family farm viability situation.The ability to resist risks is relatively good,followed by information collection capacity,adaptability is relatively poor,in particular,to enhance government satisfaction;(3)from the perspective of family farm competition.Competition ability is relatively good,followed by market control capacity,resource utilization is relatively poor,in particular,to enhance product certification recognition degree;(4)from the family farm growth capacity situation.Learning ability is relatively good,relatively poor ability to innovate,especially the government to increase the number of related education and training activities.Based on the above results,this paper puts forward seven suggestions:(1)cultivating modern farmers,(2)perfecting land transfer system,(3)perfecting family farm development mode,(4)creating regional agricultural brand,(5)targeted government support,(6)establishing and perfecting rural financial system,(7)encouraging development of agricultural society Service system.
