Research On Theory And Empirical Of Investment Benefit Evaluation Of Distribution Network In Power Supply Enterprises

As an indispensable infrastructure for social and economic development,the development of power grid has always been a matter of national affairs.With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for electricity is increasing.Distribution network is an important part of the power grid.It has an irreplaceable and important role in satisfying distributed electricity demand.But distribution network enterprises are under operating pressure while the investment in distribution network is increasing.Therefore,in order to realize the maximization of economic and social benefits of distribution network investment,it is necessary to study the investment efficiency of distribution network to meet the intensification and lean management requirements of power grid enterprises.On the basis of studying relevant researches,this paper studies the relevant theory of investment benefit evaluation of distribution network,evaluation index systems and models,and summarizes the investment benefit of distribution network combined with characteristics of distribution network investment.What’s more,this paper concldes the basic connotation of evaluation and constructs an evaluation system of distribution network investment benefit.In this paper,the investment efficiency of distribution network is taken as the research object,the evaluation index system and the specific evaluation method are studied.The main contents are as follows: Firstly,the paper analyzes the basic connotation of the evaluation of investment benefit of distribution network,sums its investment characteristics up.Then,we study the existing problems of investment efficiency evaluation and sort out the distribution network investment benefit evaluation criteria.Secondly,from the distribution network production service benefits,production efficiency,investment and economic benefits and social environmental benefits analysis of distribution network investment,the main influencing factors are introduced to establish the evaluation index system of the investment benefit of the distribution network.Thirdly,by combining the weight method and the ideal point method,the weight and the investment benefit evaluation are selected.Fourthly,based on the investment situation of distribution network Z region in 2011-2015,we calculate the investment benefits to verify the practicality and operability of the evaluation method.Finally,we put forward specific measures to improve the distribution network investment efficiency.The related research results can provide guidance for the investment benefit management and investment decision-making of distribution network construction,so as to achieve the expected purpose of improving the overall investment benefit of regional distribution network.
