Research On Risk Management And Power Supplying Enterprise's Control

Under the guidance of the government,the electric power system reform of our country develops smoothly and develops in depth.The government requires the power companies to strengthen the risk management background,the paper specifically analysis the risk management theory of knowledge based on the introduction of domestic and foreign research.Then,based on the case study of Shaoxing Electric Power Bureau,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the current international risk management organization model based on the in-depth understanding of the characteristics of Shaoxing Electric Power Bureau's organizational system and the risk management functions.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some problems in the risk management of Shaoxing Electric Power Bureau,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.Now the comprehensive risk management of the provincial power companies owned by the State Grid Corporation of China is in the developing stage.The research in this paper can provide reference for the next stage of the overall risk management of the power companie s and other power companies.
